Grand Tapas Lunch

An Italian sharing-plate lunch — and these are not your usual tapas.

At weekends the kitchen sends out medium-sized Italian dishes made for sharing, or for keeping to yourself: bruschetta and focaccia, burrata, pinsa, pasta and risotto, meat and fish. Portions are hearty and generous — two or three plates each makes a very satisfying lunch.
